Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell abrasive products (Bonded, Coated, Thin Wheels, and Construction Products).
  • Visit end-users and distributors to build relationships and grow sales.
  • Develop business and increase sales in Central & South or Central & North Malaysia.
  • Identify new potential customers and create demand for products.
  • Work closely with Regional Product Managers and Customer Service for customer inquiries and deliveries.
  • Monitor competitors and propose strategies for business growth.
  • Manage and expand the distribution network to ensure excellent service.
  • Provide sales forecasts, quotations, and negotiate deals.
  • Follow up on payments and accounts receivables.
  • Participate in marketing activities (roadshows, product launches, training, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or Marketing (technical background preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial sales, preferably abrasives or related products.
  • Experience dealing with both industrial end-users and distributors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and cold-calling skills.
  • Energetic, results-driven, and a team player with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and handle time-sensitive reports.
  • Experience with end-user manufacturers and third-party dealers.
  • Proven track record in sales action plans and forecasting.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Valid driving license and own vehicle required.
