As a Student Enquiry Officer, this is what you’ll be doing:
The Student Enquiry Officer will be acting as an ambassador for partner universities, this temporary position entails making outbound calls to prospective students and completing the necessary follow-ups as well as responding and redirecting emails
Role responsibilities
- Efficiently answering, screening, and transferring all calls to the right department; where necessary, assisting callers with general questions or taking messages.
- Conducting outbound call campaigns on undelivered emails and incomplete applications.
- Enter and maintain detailed and accurate prospect profiles via the CRM.
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, responding to, and redirecting emails.
- And any other duties that fall within the scope and purpose of the role.
Key skills and experience
- Post-secondary school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English.
- Excellent phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening. Strong consideration will be given to candidates with previous contact centre or customer service work experience.
- Be available to work a variety of day shifts (between the span of 7am- 9pm), as well as weekends and statutory holidays.
- Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Well-organised, has good administration skills, and IT literate
