Job Description:
Making calls to customers as when needed regarding deliveries, order clarification, and more
Relying information, concerns, request from customers to the internal teams, mainly the customer service , sales and finance operation team
Maintaining administrative records and providing documentations internally and to the customer service, sales and finance operation team
Data entry for sales record, customer details, and etc
Perform and oversee the logistics tasks associated with the systems creation of all Lapasar documents for sales orders
Identify logistics income margin improvement opportunities through report monitoring and data analysis
Verify the accuracy of purchase orders and sales orders for deliveries in order
During the internship, the student will support Sourcing projects for Logistics orders
Assist the department in activities related to data collection and report development for the projects
Create and maintain KPI reporting relative to the department performance Be responsible for critical / creative thinking related to your tasks
Working Arrangement:
Monday - Friday : 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM
Lunch Break : 1 hour between ( 12.00 PM - 2.00 PM)
Saturday : Alternate Saturday (based on your supervisor advice)
Sunday : Rest day
Schedule: Day shift
Period + Allowance:
Contract length : 3-6 months
Allowance : RM 500.00 per month
