E-Invoicing Management:
- Assist with the transition and implementation of e-invoicing in Malaysia.
- Ensure that e-invoices are accurate and comply with local regulations.
- Liaise with internal teams and external parties to resolve any e-invoicing issues.
Accounting Support:
- Assist with daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks (data entry, reconciliations, etc.).
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processing.
- Monitor and track outstanding invoices and payments.
- Support the preparation of financial reports as needed.
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the office as needed, such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Help manage office supplies, and coordinate office-related activities.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
- Minimum education is Certificates / Vocational / Diploma.
- Previous experience in accounting or administrative roles is a plus, but not required.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially in data handling.
- Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to learn.
