E-Invoicing Management:

  • Assist with the transition and implementation of e-invoicing in Malaysia.
  • Ensure that e-invoices are accurate and comply with local regulations.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external parties to resolve any e-invoicing issues.

    Accounting Support:

    • Assist with daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks (data entry, reconciliations, etc.).
    • Assist with accounts payable and receivable processing.
    • Monitor and track outstanding invoices and payments.
    • Support the preparation of financial reports as needed.

      Administrative Support:

      • Provide general administrative support to the office as needed, such as filing, data entry, and document management.
      • Help manage office supplies, and coordinate office-related activities.
      • Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially in data handling.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to learn.
  • Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision
  • Previous experience in accounting or administrative roles is a plus, but not required.
