Responsibilities:
- To be accountable for the effective planning, delivery and provision of academic and personal development of all students placed under your charge.
- To ensure all academic staff fulfil teaching responsibilities per the School standards.
- To coordinate subjects, timetables, staff allocation, and resources.
- To oversee assessments, including briefs, setup, assessors, and invigilation.
- To develop, review, and update lesson plans and syllabi.
- To assess student eligibility, exemptions, and course registrations.

Requirements:
- Possess a Master’s Degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management/ Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, Food Service, Gastronomy, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of management or administrative experience.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude toward work and people and serve as a role model for students in character development.
- Mature personality and high sense of responsibility and commitment.
