To be accountable for the effective planning, delivery and provision of academic and personal development of all students placed under your charge.
To ensure all academic staff fulfil teaching responsibilities per the School standards.
To coordinate subjects, timetables, staff allocation, and resources.
To oversee assessments, including briefs, setup, assessors, and invigilation.
To develop, review, and update lesson plans and syllabi.
To assess student eligibility, exemptions, and course registrations.

Requirements:

Possess a Master’s Degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management/ Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, Food Service, Gastronomy, or a related field.
At least 3 years of management or administrative experience.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Demonstrate a positive attitude toward work and people and serve as a role model for students in character development.
Mature personality and high sense of responsibility and commitment.
