  • To be accountable for the effective planning, delivery and provision of academic and personal development of all students placed under your charge.
  • To ensure all academic staff fulfil teaching responsibilities per the School standards.
  • To coordinate subjects, timetables, staff allocation, and resources.
  • To oversee assessments, including briefs, setup, assessors, and invigilation.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Master’s Degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management/ Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, Food Service, Gastronomy, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of management or administrative experience.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude toward work and people and serve as a role model for students in character development.
  • Mature personality and high sense of responsibility and commitment.
