Construction Document Controller / Project Admin
- Must possess at least Diploma in Project Management, Civil or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) & Microsoft Project ( advantage )
- Experience with document control & ISO ( advantage )
- Excellent written and verbal connunication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
*Job Descriptions:*
- Provide administrative support to the project team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Assist in preparing project reports and presentation slides.
- Assist project-related correspondence, invoices, and procurement documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, purchase orders, and project expenses.
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Liaise with internal departments for project developments coordination.
- Handle office administrative tasks related to the project team documentation.
- Establish and maintain a well-organized document control system for project files.
- Manage and track project documents, including drawings, contracts, permits, and reports.
- Ensure proper filing, classification, and version control of documents.
- Control the distribution and retrieval of project documents to stakeholders.
- Monitor document approvals, submissions, and transmittals.
- Ensure all documents comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
-Assist in maintaining project databases and documentation logs.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper storage of sensitive project information
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
