  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job description:

  • Communicate expectations to the manufacturing staff.
  • Monitor and evaluate production steps, ensuring all processes meet company goals and deadlines.
  • Manage production plans and adjust as necessary to meet targets.
  • Ensure proper documentation (production reports, inventory records, etc.) is maintained.
  • Implement cost-reduction strategies and study process methods to improve efficiency.
  • Enforce company policies and ensure safety and quality standards are upheld.
  • Resolve issues within the production process and between employees, fostering a cooperative environment.
  • Address malfunctioning equipment and monitor control points to minimize delays.
  • Work with the maintenance department to ensure timely preventive maintenance of equipment.
  • Cooperate with the storekeeper for inventory management and assist in monthly stock counts.
  • Prioritize and monitor the flow of production to meet deadlines.
  • Plan raw material purchases based on production needs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields.
  • Certifications: Additional certifications in production management are a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory role, especially in manufacturing or production environments.
  • Experience in an ice cream factory is highly advantageous.

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to handle complex situations.
  • Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office.
