Nursing Administrator
Job Responsibility:
A. Administration Management
1. Develop and promote new and innovative clinical and non-clinical products and services.
2. Train and upgrade skills and knowledge of nursing staff.
3. Gear towards highly customer-focused and efficiencies-oriented to provide excellent quality services to the Centre’s clients at all times.
4. Prepare nursing staff duty roster.
5. To upkeep and maintain all nursing equipment.
6. Ensure proper management of resources, cut waste, maximise production yield and meet quality, productivity and cost objectives.
7. To attend to emergencies at all times.
8. To implement SOP to ensure Company’s image is enhanced at all times.
B. Quality Standards
1. Champion and drive quality programs and process improvement throughout the organisation with analysis of requirements, derive workable plans and organise work effectively.
2. Assess, implement and evaluate nursing and residents care plan. Oversees the administration and customer service of the Centre.
3. To ensure all nursing care activities carried out comply with the nursing standard set by the Ministry of Health.
4. To ensure/supervise the Nurse-in-Charge/Staff Nurse/Supervisor carry out the following: -
· To order, pack, prepare and serve all medication for the residents.
· To give injections, take blood pressure, recording, write reports, etc.
· To do the nursing care plan for all residents and update the nursing progress notes for all residents daily to meet with the requirements of the Ministry of Health.
· To do all dressings and ensure it conforms to the Ministry of Health’s nursing rules and regulations.
· To maintain properly the log book on medicine for controlled drugs in the Home.
· To maintain properly the log book on the daily activities in the Centre.
· To liaise closely with respective hospital/resident’s next-of-kin on daily medical appointment for all residents in the Centre.
· To liaise closely and attend to our Centre’s Doctor as and when necessary.
· To regularly hold training session on first aide and nursing procedures for emergencies to all junior staff. Eg. Nursing Aides & Assistance Nurses
· To teach all new/old staff on the correct usage of nursing equipment needed in case of emergency. Eg. Mucus Suction Pump, Oxygen Theraphy Unit. I/V Drip etc.
· To maintain procedures which ensure that quality care is accorded to residents.
C. Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager / COO /CEO.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
