Safety supervisor & security

JOB DESCRIPTION
a) To conduct Tool Box meeting and safety induction prior to starting work.
b) To monitor the overall safety, health and environmental activities at the project site.
c) To carry out regular site inspections to ensure safe work practices are followed.
d) To carry out daily surveillance at work place / site complete with checklist signed.
e) To coordinate and ensure sub-contractor work according to safety regulation and policy along the work site activity including before, during and after site activity
f) To inspect and checking subcontractor's work to ensure compliance with the act and regulations.
g) To assist Safety and Health Officer to conduct accident investigations of all accidents and near-misses.
h) To ensure provision of any acts and regulation related to Safety and Health at the workplace is complied with.
i) To promote and enforce effective environmental, safety and health practices throughout the project site.
j) To promote the safe conduct of work within the work site.
k) To verify that all tools and equipment are adequate and safe for use.
l) To ensure the provisions of the act and any regulation (OSHA 1994 & FMA 1967) made thereunder are complied with.
m) To assist in preparing Safety & Health operation manual as per client’s request.
n) To maintain safe and healthy work environment by enforcing organization standards, adhering to legal regulations.
o) To undertake other duties and responsibilities delegated time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kajang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Site safety Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)
