Responsibilities:
- Assist senior IT Executive in monitoring and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure including but not limited to servers, networks and hardware.
- Implement and manage data backup solutions.
- Participate in or lead IT-related projects (e.g. system upgrades, new technology implementation).
- Assist with the implementation of new software or technologies to improve business processes.
- Perform regular system audits to ensure security compliance.
- Provide technical support to users, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify IT solutions to support business goals.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2 – 5 years of IT experience.
- Experience in technical support, system administration, network management or IT infrastructure management.
- Experience with helpdesk operations and providing end-user support.
- Problem-solving skills: Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Good time management and attention to details.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
