The Opportunity:
We are looking for a proactive Admin Intern to support our daily operations. This role involves administrative, operational, and inventory management tasks to ensure smooth office functions.
Responsibilities:
a) Operations Support
· Assist in improving and streamlining operational processes for better efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
· Help plan and coordinate company events, such as general meetings and annual meetings.
· Ensure smooth office operations, including supplier and vendor management.
· Monitor maintenance schedules, manage contracts, and handle negotiations with service providers.
b) Inventory Management
· Track and maintain inventory levels to support business needs.
· Assist in ordering, receiving, and storing office and warehouse supplies.
· Conduct inventory audits and generate status reports.
c) Sales & Marketing Support
· Provide administrative and clerical support to the Sales & Marketing team.
· Assist in executing marketing activities and event coordination.
· Maintain and update company records, documentation, and databases.
· Handle office purchases (supplies, furniture, etc.).
· Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and service contracts.
· Occasionally attend events and roadshows as needed.
Requirements:
· Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
· Able to commit for 6 months.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
