Role Summary
We’re looking for a Strategic Marketing Lead to partner closely with the founder and leadership team to shape how we’re perceived, trusted, and chosen.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
It’s a strategic position for someone who thinks like a founder, sees marketing as leverage — and wants to build a brand that earns authority, not just attention.
You’ll lead brand positioning, narrative development, and high-leverage marketing systems that align with our vision and voice.
Success in This Role Looks Like
- You’ve clarified our narrative so well, others start repeating it.
- Marketing is no longer reactive — it's intentional, consistent, and founder-aligned.
- You’ve helped build a brand that commands trust in rooms we’re not in.
- High-value clients now find us, not just the other way around.
- The founder is still visible — but the system no longer depends on them.
How This Role Fits Into Our Organization
You’ll work inside the Founder’s Office — not under a siloed marketing team. This is a strategic partner role with high visibility and influence. You’ll collaborate directly with leadership, advise on growth decisions, and shape the brand’s future from the inside.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and evolve our brand positioning and narrative across channels
- Design marketing systems that scale thought leadership, authority, and leadflow
- Translate founder insights into clear, compelling content strategies
- Oversee execution (internally or through partners) with high creative and strategic quality
- Identify market trends and customer insights to guide decision-making
- Support launches, offers, and campaigns with a focus on clarity > volume
- Protect brand integrity across all touchpoints
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic marketing, brand leadership, or founder-level advisory
- Proven experience working with (or as) founders in B2B, service, or startup environments
- Exceptional writing and communication skills — able to distill complex ideas
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, messaging architecture, and demand generation
- Operates autonomously, communicates clearly, and thrives in high-trust roles
- Comfortable in fast-paced, non-corporate settings
- No specific degree required — clarity and track record matter more
