UCT is looking for a talented NPI Program Manager to join us in Malaysia!
Essential Duty & Responsibility:
- To drive and to be accountable for NPI project phase processes and gating requirement.
- To lead cross-functional and regional teams in the introduction of new products, ranging from subsystems to complete turnkey modules.
- To function as the communication and coordination focal with internal and external customers on project requirement and development.
- To maintain the communication/reporting platform(s) for project status.
- To support other NPI Program Managers as required.
- To promote a project management ecosystem where a continuous improvement framework is advocated, such that project risks and hurdles are resolved through creative problem-solving and efficacious collaborations between functional teams.
- To participate in and complete all relevant learning and training requirement, as stipulated by the company and the NPI department.
- Self-starter with ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Result-orientated individual with effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Competent team player with a meticulous approach towards problem-solving and conflict management.
- Competency with MS Office and MS Project applications.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Project Management Professional certification.
- Project management experience in semiconductor industry.
- Experienced with Cleanroom manufacturing equipment.
- Experienced with capital equipment manufacturing environment.
