About The Role
Process authorized policy servicing related transactions within the required benchmarks
- Process insurance new business, renewals, and change request from group policy holder as per stipulated benchmark and requirements.
- Process all incoming requests within the service standard and ensure all processes are done prudently and in accordance to all regulatory and corporate requirements.
- Performing day to day transactions and ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness, and timeliness on daily basis.
- Ensure 100% on-time implementation of impact plans and participate / drive / contribute in team activities
- Attend & get certified for development plans identified to upgrade authority limit/ up skilled and personal development
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements
- 1 year experience in insurance policy processing experience. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, Business Administration or related fields
- Excellent written & spoken English language skills
- Good attention to details & organization skills
- Open for a 1-year contract position
- Able to work onsite in Cyberjaya 4 days a week & 1 day work from home per week
