Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Sepang. The Human Resources Assistant will support daily HR operations, including HR management, administering benefits, handling Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and assisting with training programs. They will also be involved in various HR-related tasks such as maintaining employee records, coordinating HRDC claims, and addressing employee inquiries.
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources, HR Management, and HR Information Systems (HRIS)
- Knowledge of Payroll Administration
- Skills in Training Coordination
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and on-site working environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the education sector is a plus
