We’re looking for a Customer Service Executive to support our fast-growing client base across Malaysia. You’ll be the key person ensuring our clients succeed in using the sandmerit KPI system after implementation.

What You’ll Do:
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Guide clients through post-workshop support and onboarding
• Monitor client system usage and ensure KPI implementation success
• Conduct monthly check-ins (on-site or online) with client teams
• Gather feedback and help clients see the value of renewing the system
• Escalate challenges and support renewal efforts together with management

Who We’re Looking For:
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken & written) – able to communicate with all levels of clients
• Willing to travel across Malaysia – site visits are part of the role
• Own transport is required
• Good interpersonal skills and a client-first attitude
• No technical background needed – training will be provided
• We welcome retired professionals with prior corporate or client-servicing experience!
