About the Role:
As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Business Development. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and fostering partnerships to achieve revenue growth and market expansion objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Business Development in driving sales initiatives, workflow optimisation, and leads generation;
- Cold call, meet, pitch, qualify potential leads, and schedule appointments with business owners and decision makers of prospected schools to acquire and onboard schools;
- Analyse the market’s potential, track sales and status reports using data-driven approach;
- Be accountable for schools’ journey with Edvance from onboarding to activation and work closely with Operations team to deliver a seamless experience;
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders through weekly updates, meetings and constant communication;
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule; and
- Follow up with new and existing customers regarding their feedback or additional purchases of products
Job Requirements:
- Possess strong sales acumen (client acquisition & management) background, preferably in corporate servicing roles;
- Results-driven person, thrilled about growing numbers & the brand's presence in the market;
- Self-starter who is prepared to execute & scale initiatives while delivering on sales targets;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market;
- Experience using a CRM tool to manage the sales process and pipeline; and
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or a Professional Degree. Media or marketing-related qualifications will be an added advantage.
