Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM cum Quantity Surveyor, located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The candidate will be responsible for managing cost estimation and control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and overseeing cost planning and reporting. Daily tasks will also include coordinating with project teams, performing quantity take-offs, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
  • Experience in preparing and managing BOQs and Cost Reporting
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
  • Familiarity with BIM software and practices is a plus
  • Experience in the construction industry is highly desirable
