SSG digital transformation (DT) team drive digitalization for SSG group. SSG Digital Transformation DT Business Process Design Analyst focus on optimization of back-end service processes, innovation of new digital technology, implementation of information systems to streamline Lenovo SSG service.
1. Take Digital Transformation Role and Support change management and solution deployment related work for global service supply chain Projects.
2. Jointly work with business team and IT implementation team and drive the digitalization journey.
3. Work with cross-function teams to design service-related process and IT system solution, implement service solution including project initiative, project blueprint, testing support, training and go-live support.
4. Survey business team and optimize solution continuously.
5. response to business urgent matters in time and maintain good relationship with users.

Experience
• Exceptional communication skills, be good at collaboration and facilitation, experienced in crossing team working environment.
•Digitalization and IT background is preferred.
•Can read, write and speak English / Chinese
• professional in SAP SD/GL module, familiar with standard SD or warehouse operation process and functionalities, 10+years related working experience, preferably with overseas projects or Company experience
• Experience of collaboration between Global and Regional functions.
• Communication and presentation (oral and written) experience in effectively presenting ideas and results to local, regional and global audiences.
• proactive personality, willing to take responsibilities to solve pain points from users and team.
• post-sales service business knowledge and experience is a plus skillset.
Skill:
- Technical Proficiency
- Advanced technical skills in relevant technical skills, such as data analysis, software/system development, cloud solutions. Their ability to handle technical aspects effectively will be instrumental in meeting the project requirements.
- Effective Communication Skills
- Given the collaborative nature of this project, it is critical that assigned members possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. They should be capable of liaising effectively with various stakeholders, presenting findings clearly, and fostering productive discussions.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Abilities
- We require team members who can identify and address potential issues proactively. They should have demonstrated analytical skills to assess complex situations and propose well-justified solutions.
- Commitment to Quality and Compliance
