- Perform installation, commissioning, and start-up of new centrifuge systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and preventive service for a wide range of centrifuge machines (e.g., decanter, disk-stack, basket types).
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults in centrifuge systems.
- Conduct equipment alignment, vibration analysis, bearing replacements, and seal inspections.
- Document all service activities, including reports, checklists, and parts usage.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to provide feedback from field experience.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and company procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle/workshop, ensuring tools and spare parts are available.
- Travel to customer sites (local) for service support when required.
- Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree or related experiences.
- At least 2 or 3 years of experiences related to the mechanical industry (Centrifudge-related experience will be a bonus)
- Skills required: Technical troubleshooting, Equipment maintenance, Report Writing
- Possess Driving License.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Able to travel and perform maintainence or commissioning on-site
- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
- Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
