Job Description
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying, developing and managing client business relationships as well as selling our recruitment services and negotiating the rates of business.
- Developing and maintaining a network of candidates within your market specialism. This can include interviewing candidates virtually or face to face to understand their background and career goals, as well as advising them on job opportunities.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from taking the job brief with our client, to shortlisting and organising interviews, as well as managing feedback and negotiating employment offers.
- Building your brand online. This will include posting job advertisements on major job boards and LinkedIn, as well as sharing relevant content on professional social media platforms.
- Collaborating with your peers and other teams in our business. This may include running sales-based initiatives to getting involved in team celebrations.
- Organising and/or attending networking events. These can be in-house events organised by Michael Page for our clients, or attending community events in order to meet new contacts and develop relationships.
We Are Looking For Individuals With
- Experience in Sales and/or Recruitment as a preference, although we are open to recent graduates who have an interest in working in a dynamic sales environment.
- You must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. This is a people focused business, so 95% of your time will be spent engaging with different types of people.
- Demonstrate values related to drive, ambition, resilience and collaboration.
