The role involves updating and refining reporting structures and templates to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with the latest standards. It also focuses on digitalizing and automating reporting tools to improve efficiency and user-friendliness. The position requires analyzing and automating inventory and supply systems to reduce manual intervention and enhance workflow. Enhancing existing Excel reports for better clarity and alignment with current systems is also a key responsibility. Additionally, the role includes evaluating existing processes and proposing improvements to increase productivity and reduce errors. Lastly, the intern will review and verify Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), making recommendations for updates to ensure alignment with best practices.
