Deputy Nurse Manager Emergency Department

We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Deputy Nurse Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional care to our patients. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to providing high-quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain nursing standards to ensure safe and effective patient care.
• Address customer needs promptly and enhance service quality.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and maintain a healthy work environment.
• Efficiently manage unit operations in line with organizational goals.
• Motivate and coach team members to excel in their roles and continuously improve their skills.
• Collaborate with Nursing Education for staff development and training.
• Participate in other departmental activities to support organizational growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing with Post basic in Emergency Nursing
• Registered with Malaysian Nursing Board with valid Annual Practicing Certificate
• Proven experience in a leadership role within an emergency setting
• Supervisory experience in an Acute Tertiary Healthcare Facilities is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
