Job Purpose
- A duty that binds to the course of action. The incumbent who needs to complete the task & responsible for action / implementation Accountability: The incumbent / person is answerable for the correct and through completion of the deliverable task / function in specific time frame given.
- Learning and becoming proficient in software
- Completing tasks assigned by their supervisor.
- Attending meetings where they take minutes.
- Helping different teams and areas of a business with tasks and projects.
- Getting familiar and having active involvement with the business products and services.
- Fulfilling task by a supervisor/manager.
- Performing clerical duties.
- Participate in helping or handling events.
- Learning technical skill related to the industry.
- Job shadowing (observed experienced professional in action).
- Participate in training, Continuous Improvement Program, Safety & Quality Program.
- Uphold TechnipFMC’s Core Values & Foundational Beliefs.
- Comply with company vision, Quality, Health, and Safety policies.
- Participate in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program.
- Carry out other errands as assigned by superior.

- Pursuing a Diploma/Degree or equivalent.
- Eligible to undergo a practicum by university/college.
- Knowledgeable in requested area.
- Able to perform multitasking and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to take initiatives (being autonomous) and follow up with details.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to work in multi-cultural environment.
- Has attention to detail.
- Good skills of communication.
- The position requires a positive-minded, detailed, organised, multi-tasking skill and able to work in fast paced environment.
