- Prepare Bi-Weekly Progress Reports
- Advice Management on Project Status
- Prepare Mitigation Work Programmes
- To attend progress meetings with Clients and Consultants
- To attend progress meetings with Sub-Contractors
- To verify work done by Sub-Contractors
- To verify work done on monthly progress claim and variation order if any.
- To assist in monitoring and controlling construction progress according to the MWP.
- To prepare Extension of Time ( EOT) Claims in collaboration with Project Operational and Support teams
- Collaborate with BIM team to prepare BIM 4D (Construction Visualization) for Projects
- To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company
- Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Equivalent
Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of building construction activities
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Primavera P6
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks is an advantage
- Personal Qualities: Hard Working, willing to learn and take initiative, can work in a team
- At least 5 years of experience in Project Management and Building Construction (with Site Experience)
