About the Role
As the Solution Engineer, you will serve as the customer-facing advocate for Curlec by Razorpay suite of products, supporting prospects with technical implementation for large enterprises. This role reports to the Head of Integrations within the Business Engineering team at Razorpay. The individual will play a key role in ensuring the successful integration of Curlec’s platform with merchants, enabling seamless payment solutions.
Responsibilities
- This Individual should have a deep understanding of the entire product suite.
- Should be up-to-date in the technical knowledge and in-depth understanding of any coding language is a must.
- Responsible for implementation of the solutions provided by Curlec Razorpay for the Key Clients.
- Responsible to represent Curlec Razorpay from platform integration perspective with prospective merchants
- Accountable to ensure successful implementation of platform integration between Curlec by Razorpay and Merchants
- Support the reactive queries and requests being raised by Merchants within an agreed turnaround time and quality standards
- Read and respond to integration and platform documents shared by prospective customers.
- The individual will act as a key feedback channel for customer's product requirements/ expectations and will close the loop with the Product team on the same.
- In the case of product customisation requests from the clients, he/she would help validate the requirements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product-based payments or SaaS platform integrations, implementation, or solutions in a customer-facing role.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with Java, .NET, PHP, Python, and JavaScript.
- Strong expertise in REST APIs
- Strong ability to understand technical requirements and ensure seamless platform integration for enterprise clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
- Preferably from Fintech background
