Responsibilities

  1. Market Planning and Research: Execute the target market development plan assigned by the department. Utilize various channels to gain insights into market trends and dynamics in target countries, providing data and decision - making support for the department and the company's industry - customer development efforts.
  2. Market Channel Expansion: Proactively seek business opportunities, expand customer channels through multiple strategies, and allocate potential customer resources to overseas sales teams at various ports. Assist the sales teams in increasing customer conversion rates and driving business growth.
  3. Supplier Development: Continuously collect local market information and identify suppliers with excellent service capabilities, contributing to the company's expansion of overseas service capabilities and optimization of the supply chain.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and implement key - customer care plans for the assigned shipping routes (regions). Strengthen communication with customers, deepen mutual understanding, and actively promote contract signing, ensuring the authenticity and validity of contracts.
  5. Customer Need Analysis and Communication: Organize monthly shipping - route customer analysis meetings.
