Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze vendor agreements and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with procurement strategies.
  • Monitor and control income and expense activities within RightProc, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the timely collection of platform fees, rebates and management fees.
  • Facilitating efficient payment to suppliers, as needed for timely collection of fees/rebates.
  • Maintain accuracy of rebates collected and facilitate the disbursement to clients.
  • Monitor payment transactions to identify and prevent overcharges, errors, or discrepancies.
  • Participate in the budgeting process, ensuring accurate income and expense projections. Conduct regular analysis and forecasting to identify trends and potential risks. Implement process improvements to enhance cost control, transparency, and compliance.
  • Analyse, monitor, and evaluate income and expense performance, providing insightful reports to management.
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Lead periodic monthly business review meeting stakeholders.
  • Provide insightful analysis and interpretation of variances, against budget and forecast, providing recommendations for improvement.


Requirements:-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business control, financial analyst, or procurement analyst roles will be an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of financial principles.
  • Capable of generating insightful reports with large datasets.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management
  • Self-motivated, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and able to work independently.
  • Solution first approach
  • Pro-active attitude with strong sense of ownership
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Possess good business acumen.
  • Knowledge of the maritime industry and its procurement requirements is highly preferred.
