Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Strategy & Optimization
- Develop and implement data-driven pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability across all accommodation types.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to adjust strategies proactively.
- Manage occupancy rates, RevPAR, ADR, and other key performance indicators to ensure optimal revenue performance.
- Work closely with Finance and GTM teams to define revenue budgets and ensure revenue targets are met.
- Lead revenue forecasting and reporting, providing insights to senior management for decision-making.
- Partner with Sales & Marketing to align pricing, promotions, and distribution strategies.
- Work with Operations & Property Management to optimize room inventory, availability, and guest experience.
- Coordinate with Technology & Data Teams to enhance revenue management systems and reporting.
- Lead and mentor the revenue management team, ensuring strong performance and professional growth.
- Drive a high-performance culture, aligning team objectives with company goals.
- Ensure the team is leveraging the best revenue management tools, analytics, and automation.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Revenue Management within hotels, long-stay, or accommodation businesses.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue goals and optimizing pricing strategies.
- Strong expertise in hotel revenue management systems (RMS), channel distribution, and pricing optimization.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage revenue forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment to align revenue goals with business objectives.
- Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, working onsite with the team.
