Service Manager – Hygiene & Sanitation
We are looking for Service Manager – Hygiene & Sanitation
As a Service Manager – Hygiene & Sanitation , we rely on you to
- Take responsibility to uphold the highest level of hygiene and sanitation standards in the establishment
- Ensure all food served to guests and colleagues are safe and free of microbiological, chemical and physical contamination
- Ensure all work areas conform to the minimum requirements of Shangri-La' s Hygiene and Sanitation standards and also those set by local health authorities.
- Conduct food safety training to all relevant staff
- Coach and maximise the performance of the team
- Has a passion for food safety and hygiene
- Has experience in handling food and hygiene standards in Food & Beverage environment
- Has relevant certifications in hygiene and food safety controls or equivalent qualification
- Is detail-minded, creative and has the ability to drive and lead change
- Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new food safety trends
- Has experience in conducting training and audit checks
- Has strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Is able to work independently
