Job Description
  • Drive operational structural directions for business growth and sustainability
  • Monitor & manage across all our logistics vendors in regards to East Malaysia operations; This includes Air freight, Sea freight, 3PL partners as well as other delivery vendors
  • Process invoice validations across all partners
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize cost and delivery time
  • Ensure the maintenance of key performance indicators (KPIs) for all EM operations processes, including cost, delivery time, market reach, loss rate, and more
  • Facilitate seamless integration of new vendors throughout the entire process, negotiating competitive rates and improved delivery service level agreements (SLAs) to minimize platform shipping costs and enhance overall performance

Requirements
  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any equivalent field
  • At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field, preferably with experience in operations and vendor management
  • Experience in performance reporting & process improvement
  • Possess high integrity and accountability, with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently in a complex and diverse environment
  • Well verse in Microsoft Office applications i.e. Excel, Power Point, Word
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English; Mandarin is preferred
