Job Description
  • Maintaining and managing relationships with logistics partners and FBS supplier accounts
  • Provide professional and dedicated service to our Fulfill by Shopee partners to ensure good warehousing and last-mile standards
  • Manage and reconcile all FBS supplier-warehouse disputes
  • Push for assortment expansion to increase the share of daily orders for FBS shops
  • Responsible for calculating and billing monthly service fees
  • Understand internal data structure and data sources in order to assist in data pulling to facilitate data analysis needed to improve workflow and make informed decision
  • Possess the ability to troubleshoot logistics-related issues and liaise with the technical team in resolving them

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any related discipline with 1 to 2 years of experience in logistic operational role or stakeholder management role
  • Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable working with ambiguity and change. Able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a must
  • Experience in account management is a plus
  • Good time management with the ability to work independently
  • Meticulous and has an eye for details
  • Excellent command of English, and the ability to converse fluently in other languages (eg: Malay, Chinese) will be an added advantage
