Accounts Payable Representative

Primary Location: Klang, Selangor Malaysia

We are looking for a detailed-oriented with strong in teamwork & collaboration Accounts Payable Representative to join our big family. The position required with high adaptability in business environment, decent problem-solving skill, good in time management and patience to his/her daily assigned tasks. He/She will be responsible for the account payable related tasks in supporting the countries across Southeast Asia & Oceania. This role will be based in Malaysia while working closely with the Countries' Finance and other Stakeholders

Responsibilities:

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Daily voucher and process payment to vendor in a timely manner
  • Resolve any AP related discrepancies, including dealing with Vendor and Operation
  • Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and discrepancies
  • Prepare supplier reconciliation
  • Ad hoc COA Request to release vouchers for accounting adjustments
  • Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and reports
  • Adhere to designated SOP, internal policy and as well as local compliance requirement
  • Cross-functional collaboration
  • Supports during time zone differences
  • Attend to any ad-hoc assignment or participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Diploma holder with related working experiences is encouraged to apply
  • Fresh graduate with highly energetic, enthusiastic and motivated is encouraged to apply
  • Min 2 years related working experience is required for Senior Position

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong in organizational and time management
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
