About the role:

The Procurement Director is responsible for leading and managing the procurement function for all non-production related goods and services across the Asia region. This role will focus on strategy of Non-BOM category, supplier management, and cost optimization for indirect spend categories, whom will directly report to CPO.

What you will do:

  • Strategy management:
    • Develop and execute strategy for indirect spend categories.
    • Lead the development of indirect strategies to drive cost savings and improve supplier performance.
  • Supplier Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
    • Manage supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
  • Cost Management:
    • Analyze and report on indirect spend to identify cost-saving opportunities.
    • Work with finance to develop and manage the procurement budget.
    • Work with internal stakeholders and suppliers to build the most competitive cost level
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team.
    • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and career development.
What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required with preference in Supply Chain or related.
  • Familiar with assembly site’s non-product and indirect supply market in semiconductor industry, familiar with Asia FM/IT/P&P/Equipment supply market strong cost control understanding and capabilities with strategic thinking way, strong negotiation and analytical skills, rich contract experience.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic and ambiguous global environment supporting multiple time zones.
  • Strong Project Management.
  • Strong Leadership Skills Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player, hands on with collaboration skills in matrix organization.
