- Responsible for preparing, compiling, and distributing regular and ad-hoc reports as required by management and other departments.
- Assist with onboarding of new employees and offboarding of employee.
- Handle logistics such as venue booking, catering, and accommodations.
- Support employee engagement in sustainability programs, such as awareness campaigns, training sessions, or volunteer opportunities. Help organize internal initiatives, including recycling programs, energy-saving practices, and green office practices.
- Track and evaluate sustainability net sales ratio, ensuring targets are met and identifying areas for improvement.
- Support with sustainability reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders and external regulators, as needed.
- Assist with any other ad-hoc tasks.
- 3rd or 4th year students -Supply Chain Management &Logistics/ Business Admin field or equivalent
- Must be able to speak, write and read in English and Malay
- 4 to 6 months mandatory internship program from your institution
- Good proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Good proficiency in English and Malay, both written and spoken.
