This role will be supporting our Sales & Marketing Operations.
In your new role you will:
- Execute & support training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions that cater to diverse learning styles and preferences.
- Create engaging, interactive, and informative content using various formats, such as instructor-led training, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training taking into account cultural and language differences.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and maintain training content, ensuring it is relevant, engaging, and effective.
- Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and resources that are relevant, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Manage and coordinate logistics for training events, including venue selection, catering, and materials preparation.
- Coordinates with internal team, external vendors and partners to deliver training programs, as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads, team leaders, and employees to understand their learning and development needs.
- Conduct account assessments to identify learning and development gaps and opportunities, and develop recommendations for improvement.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback from participants and stakeholders to inform continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our training programs remain relevant and effective.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR and IT etc, to ensure alignment and integration of training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and resources that are relevant, accurate, and up-to-date, ensuring compliance with regional regulations and standards.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.
- Strong in L&D operational process and project management.
- Strong administration and management skills, with the ability to coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of training programs.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and collaboration skills to engage across different levels and functions.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Bold to explore and experiment with new ways of working.
- Demonstrate resilience, creativity and pro-activeness in managing dynamic and complex situation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous and strong in analytical thinking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other training software is an asset.
- Profiency in mandarin language is preferred as the role requires to work with colleagues from Greater China.
