RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Act as company representative responsible for the consolidation, presentation and justification of Over and Above (O&A) dossiers to Customers:
a. Technically understand the root cause of the damage
b. Identify responsibility of the O&A Propose recommendation
c. Negotiate and settle the commercial value of O&A
2. Monitor all maintenance works performed are commercially administered in accordance with applicable terms and conditions. Identify gaps and drive resolution.
3. In coordination with the FHS procurement, negotiate the additional works charge on Time and Material basis by the suppliers
4. Under the accountability of the Customer Program Manager (CPM) be responsible, internally and towards the customer, for the recharge of O&A
5. To coordinate in-service issues related to O&A with other functions of the FHS Operational teams.
6. Be the main interface of the FHS Customer Program team for the assigned FHS customer, for the analysis & validation of O&A related to the FHS-C or FHS-TSP contract and for the identification of top items requiring support from Company Customer Services organisation.
7. Collect, capitalise and share the experience gathered in such negotiation
8. Provide ad-hoc support to FHS CPM
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Good administrative skills and proven experience in admin
2. Core competencies in communication, customer relationship and negotiations
3. Excellent written and spoken English level
4. Adaptability to different cultural environments, proven diplomacy skills
5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
