Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership to maintain and develop customer relationships on a daily basis, follow up and communicate with customers, (by WhatsApp/SMS/Email/Phone Call or with CRM system)

Understand customer needs and preference to provide competitive products and service.

Participate in compelling effective written content for business proposals and sales pitches.

Research and create reports to summarise the study/feedback of market trends and competitors to enhance better customer experience and business performance.

Regularly track and update conversion rates, active rates and sales activities in the CRM system.

Complete assigned tasks in a timely and effective manner; support other related duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements:

Must haves:

SPM level or above. Trilingual in English, Chinese & Malay (verbal, written & read).

Minimum 1-year working experience in Sales, Customer Service, Telesales or other related industries.(at least 6 months in the same company).

Strong understanding, proactive to ask questions and seek guidance when needed.

Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office.

Value added if able to provide 3 months consecutive sales results with proven records.
