Job Title: SAP Specialist (All Modules-For Pooling)

Location: Accenture Malaysia & Client Office

Job Summary: We are building a talent pool of skilled SAP professionals to support various roles across SAP implementation, development, and support. Ideal candidates should have expertise in one or more SAP modules, including Finance (FI/CO), Supply Chain (SCM), Human Capital Management (HCM), Sales & Distribution (SD), and SAP Technical Development (ABAP, Basis, HANA, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:


  • SAP Implementation & Configuration:
  • Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and design SAP solutions.
  • Configure and customize SAP modules based on business needs.
  • Ensure seamless integration of SAP with other enterprise systems.
  • Participate in SAP system upgrades and S/4HANA migrations.
  • SAP Finance (FI/CO):
  • Implement and support General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Configure Controlling (CO) modules, including Cost Center Accounting (CCA) and Profitability Analysis (PA).
  • Work on financial consolidation, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting.
  • Ensure SAP Finance aligns with IFRS, GAAP, and SOX compliance.
  • Supply Chain Management (SCM):
  • Configure SAP MM (Materials Management) and WM (Warehouse Management).
  • Optimize procurement, inventory, and logistics processes.
  • Support integration with suppliers and third-party logistics.
  • Implement SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) for demand forecasting.
  • Sales & Distribution (SD):
  • Configure sales order management, billing, and pricing workflows.
  • Integrate SAP SD with CRM and e-commerce platforms.
  • Work on transportation management and logistics execution.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and trade requirements.
  • Human Capital Management (HCM) & SuccessFactors:
  • Implement SAP HCM modules for payroll, benefits, and talent management.
  • Configure SuccessFactors for cloud-based HR solutions.
  • Support time management and employee self-service portals.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and payroll regulations.
  • SAP Technical Development (ABAP, Basis, HANA):
  • Develop and maintain SAP programs using ABAP.
  • Configure SAP Basis for system performance optimization.
  • Implement SAP HANA for real-time data processing and analytics.
  • Work on SAP Fiori and UI5 development for enhanced user experience.
  • SAP Integration & Support:
  • Develop interfaces using SAP PI/PO and API integrations.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide Level 1/2/3 support.
  • Optimize system performance and conduct regular audits.
  • Train business users and create documentation for SAP best practices.


  • Required Skills & Experience:


  • Experience: Minimum 3-10+ years of SAP experience (varies by role level).
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP configuration, ABAP programming, and database management.
  • SAP Knowledge: Hands-on experience with one or more SAP modules.
  • Business Knowledge: Understanding of enterprise processes in finance, supply chain, and HR.
  • Integration Experience: Exposure to SAP PI/PO, APIs, and middleware solutions.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Awareness of industry standards like IFRS, GDPR, and SOX.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
