Job Description
- Crafting monthly sales strategies and activities to achieve target assigned
- Actively source for new potential partnership to widen the sales pools in increasing network of points
- On-ground hunting for partnerships to achieve individual targets
- Manage a group of sales contract staffs to ensure group targets are met
- Monitor collection points' performance by Areas to ensure meeting company’s direction
- Observe and report competitor activities or market landscape, in respective Areas
- Constantly ensure SPX Express's presence is visible within the Areas managed
- To identify high-potential accounts and convert them to SPX’s long term partners
- Diploma in any field, preferred but not limited to Business, Commerce, Marketing
- Based in designated region with own transportation
- Equipped with door sales experience, preferably in FMCG, Telco, Payment or Insurance industry
- Innovative problem-solving skills, able to dissect problems and implement solutions accordingly
- Excellent command of English, along with the ability to converse fluently in Bahasa Melayu to communicate with partners from diverse backgrounds; Mandarin is a bonus especially in targeted Areas
- Open to flexible working arrangements during peak seasons / based on business needs
