Job Description

What You’ll Do:

  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze product performance, user behavior, and funnel metrics to inform product decisions.
  • Experimentation & A/B Testing: Design and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of new features.
  • User Behavior & Journey Mapping: Track and interpret user engagement patterns to improve conversion rates and user retention.
  • Dashboards & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key product metrics and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration with Product & Engineering: Partner with product managers and engineers to define data instrumentation needs and ensure accurate tracking.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Benchmark Mudah’s performance against competitors and identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a data analytics, product analytics, or business intelligence role.
  • Strong SQL Proficiency: Ability to query large datasets efficiently and extract meaningful insights.
  • Data Visualization Skills: Experience with tools like Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio.
  • Experimentation & A/B Testing: Understanding of statistical significance and experimentation frameworks.
  • Business & Product Acumen: Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for product and business teams.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to present data-driven narratives to stakeholders across different levels.
