Job Description
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager, Global Process Manager, and the Performance Improvement Team to regularly review end-to-end processes, identifying necessary changes and improvements to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Report to and work alongside the Team Lead, as well as key internal stakeholders, including Global Headquarters, Local Management, and Lines of Business.
- Prepare journals, reconciliation reports, and accounting analysis reports to ensure transaction completeness and accuracy, in line with the requirements outlined in the process handbook/DTP/Closing Cockpit (e.g., timelines, quality checklists, etc.).
- Ensure that closing activities are executed effectively and efficiently, following the established closing schedule. Any deviations from standard procedures must be properly documented and approved if necessary due to business needs.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies to maintain the integrity of financial information.
- Participate in issue management (both within and across processes) and conduct root cause analysis.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the RTR framework, driving productivity and strengthening controls while supporting process improvement and standardization.
- Continuously enhance business and process knowledge, providing recommendations to support ongoing process improvements.
A Successful RTR Analyst Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
