Job Description

  • Assist the Manager in overseeing the Space Planning & Store Development Department.
  • Support the development of process flows and procedures to align and suits with business requirements.
  • Establish and maintain planograms by category.
  • Analyze the need for planogram changes and category revisions according to the set schedule.
  • Analyze space based on current sales, inventory turnover, and sales potential incorporating both internal and external insights.
  • Conduct planogram reviews by category, ensuring a fair share for every planogram based on segmentation and brand.
  • Implement planogram changes based on product additions, deletions, and merchandising standards.
  • Ensure data integrity for all planograms and assignments.
  • Oversee all functions related to planograms and store layout.
  • Assess space allocation using internal and external insights.
  • Analyze sales performance, inventory turnover, and sales potential to optimize space usage.
  • Assist in handling store projects, including, planning store layouts and planograms, maintaining the planogram database & coordinating stock arrangements for refits, remerchandising, and new store openings.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to set timelines.
  • Conduct store visits to identify opportunities for improvement and implement necessary rectifications.
  • Undertake other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience in space planning or related fields, preferably in a Health and Beauty background.
  • Possess at least Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Blue Yonder or Spaceman software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Google Workspace and data analysis tools.
  • Strong knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Planogram software.
  • Willing to travel including outstation as and when needed.
  • Willing to relocate to new office location
