CoAction is a dynamic events company specializing in crafting unforgettable experiences and making magical memories. Our portfolio spans corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, and entertainment-based gatherings. We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth, develop innovative programs, and create sellable products and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, target audiences, and business opportunities.
  • Develop new event concepts and sellable products based on research findings and market demand.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design, plan, and execute successful events.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential business opportunities.
  • Leverage creative and critical thinking skills to solve challenges and enhance event experiences.
  • Write persuasive content for marketing materials, proposals, and promotional campaigns.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to craft engaging promotional strategies.
  • Attend and represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences.

Requirements:-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, event management, or related roles.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to develop data-driven strategies.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • PR & Journalism background is a plus.
  • Passion for events of all types, from corporate to entertainment.
  • Ability to think critically, creatively, and strategically to develop innovative ideas.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build partnerships and close deals.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business development tools. AI prompting, other skill sets always a plus point.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
