- Responsible to forwarding related matters in order to meet the Customer demands.
- Ensure the “On Time Delivery” for import and export are meeting Customer requirements.
- Coordinate the import export operations, customs clearance, delivery, pick-up and warehousing.
- Well versed in handling Customs clearance operation including EDI data entry (K1, K2, K3,K8, K9, DG, ZB etc.
- Handling matters related to HS Code, Duty, Tax Computation & Exemption, DG, ZB, OOG, BG Drawback and COO (form E, D and etc.)
- Monitor the Cargo delivery and daily loading and unloading issues.
- Ensure the compliance of rules and regulations of Customs and other government agencies.
- Handling and manage the temporary import export procedures.
- Prepare the SST deduction and exemption report to our Customer.
- Ensure all shipment smoothly deliver to customer place without extra charges incurred.
- Ensure no wrong declaration that causes penalty or compound.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Education:
- STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Care Specialist: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
- Mandarin (Preferred)
- Bahasa (Preferred)
