LCL CUSTOMER SERVICES EXECUTIVE/IMPORT & EXPORT DOCUMENTATION

  • Responsible to forwarding related matters in order to meet the Customer demands.
  • Ensure the “On Time Delivery” for import and export are meeting Customer requirements.
  • Coordinate the import export operations, customs clearance, delivery, pick-up and warehousing.
  • Well versed in handling Customs clearance operation including EDI data entry (K1, K2, K3,K8, K9, DG, ZB etc.
  • Handling matters related to HS Code, Duty, Tax Computation & Exemption, DG, ZB, OOG, BG Drawback and COO (form E, D and etc.)
  • Monitor the Cargo delivery and daily loading and unloading issues.
  • Ensure the compliance of rules and regulations of Customs and other government agencies.
  • Handling and manage the temporary import export procedures.
  • Prepare the SST deduction and exemption report to our Customer.
  • Ensure all shipment smoothly deliver to customer place without extra charges incurred.
  • Ensure no wrong declaration that causes penalty or compound.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer Care Specialist: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • Mandarin (Preferred)
  • Bahasa (Preferred)
