  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our dental clinic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating a welcoming and smooth experience for our patients. This position requires fluency in English, and Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse range of patients. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries
  • Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes
  • Ensure the clinic's front desk is organized and presentable at all times
  • Handle patient concerns and resolve issues in a courteous manner
  • Coordinate with dental professionals to ensure smooth clinic operations

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, and Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • Fluency in additional languages or dialects (e.g.,Arabic, Korean, Japanese Cantonese, Hokkien, Tamil, etc.) will be considered a bonus and may qualify for higher pay
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred (especially in healthcare or dental setting)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold privacy standards
