Job Description:

1. Personal Assistant Duties:

  • Manage director calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing agendas.
  • Screen calls, emails, and messages, responding or directing them appropriately.
  • Assist in preparing executive presentations, reports, and briefing documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business and personal matters.
  • Liaise between departments on behalf of the directors to facilitate collaboration.
  • Coordinate company events, maintain office organisation, and oversee office supply management.
  • Participate in meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.

2. HR Administration:

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, selection, onboarding/offboarding processes, and HR data management
  • Manage all aspects of agent management, including agent communications, inventory management and providing necessary support to agents
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Administer payroll, benefits administration, and other HR functions.
  • Provide guidance on agent and employment-related matters and resolve issues in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

3. Office Administration:

  • Handle and be responsible for office operations tasks such as managing office supplies, coordinating maintenance and repairs, supervising office equipment, and ensuring a good office environment
  • Oversee office access, parking cards, HRMS subscriptions, and office space renewals.

4. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Relevant experience in real estate industry is a plus
  • Possess own transport, wiling to travel as and when required.
  • proficient in Mandarin is a plus to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking China Partners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
