Business Analyst (Mandarin speaker)
Requirements:
Education & Professional Experience
· University degree or above in IT or related disciplines
· 4+ years of BA experience
· 2+ years of insurance industry domain knowledge, specifically in insurance claims
· With technical background, able to understand and communicate with technical resource
· With some project management related experience, able to assist PM on project management
· Ability to travel to client site based on project demands
Preference
· With experience on D365 CRM is preferred but not mandatory
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, pain points, and objectives.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather detailed requirements.
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system interactions.
- Solution Design and Documentation
- Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications.
- Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs.
- Create use cases, user stories, process flows, and wireframes to communicate requirements effectively.
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and project managers.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress and challenges.
- Testing and Quality Assurance
- Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans, test cases, and scenarios.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Identify and resolve defects or issues during the testing phase.
- Change Management and Training (If Applicable)
- Support change management efforts by preparing training materials and conducting user training sessions.
- Assist in the adoption of new systems and processes by providing post-implementation support.
- Address user concerns and feedback to ensure smooth transitions.
