Job Description:
As a Human Resource Intern, you will assist the HR department in various tasks related to recruitment, employee engagement, training, and administration. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and develop HR skills in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Help with HR documentation, policies, and compliance-related tasks.
- Respond to employee inquiries and assist with HR-related issues.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Support HR in attendance reporting and monitoring lateness.________________________________________
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
The position is open at Orient Telecoms KL office and at Asrix Prime Berhad and Weber Meyer Sdn Bhd, both at the Subang Jaya office. One intern in each location.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM500.00 - RM600.00 per month
