Job Summary:

As a Hotel Duty Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for guests and staff during your shift. You will oversee the smooth operation of the hotel, ensuring exceptional service standards, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts.

Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring swift resolution to maintain guest satisfaction.

Monitor Front Office to ensure operational efficiency.

Handle emergency situations and ensure guest safety procedures are followed.

Conduct property inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards are met.

Support Front Office teams with check-ins, check-outs, and guest relations as needed.

Collaborate with department heads to address operational challenges and provide leadership in resolving issues.

Maintain accurate records of incidents, guest feedback, and operational updates for management review.

Assist with training, mentoring, and motivating staff to maintain service excellence.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Duty Manager, or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.

Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and make sound decisions in challenging situations.

Strong customer service mindset with a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
